The Topping Out Ceremony – Milestones of Housing for employees by Vinh Hoan Corporation

On the morning of May 10, 2021, Vinh Hoan Corporation Company was excited to conduct THE TOPPING OUT CEREMONY for block B1 of The Housing Project for Workers in Hamlet 4, Ward 11, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province. So after nearly 3 months of active contributions in construction, with persistent efforts, we have successfully completed the tunnel and structure of the project.
To take care of life and solve housing needs for employees, Vinh Hoan’s housing project has completed phase 1 with 39 independent houses. Phase 2 has been groundbreaking construction at the end of 2020.
In this second phase, there will be two “blocks” of apartments built with a total investment of more than 70 billion dong. Each “block” apartment building consists of 2 rows of “shophouses” – 1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine and 2 floors of apartments. There are also an entertainment area and kindergarten planned inside the project’s premises. Each “block” house has 90 apartments, with diverse areas from 30m2 to 60m2, meeting accommodation and many utilities for families with 2-5 members.
When in operation, the project not only addresses housing needs for more than 1000 employees of Vinh Hoan Company, but also is a civilized modern architecture that contributes to building a spacious urban landscape of the city. The project also contributes to promote the socio-economic development of Dong Thap province in the future.
