- We have built houses to provide stable housing for employees.
- We organize fun activities for the employees on various occasions such as the decorating contest on International Women’s Day, the sport tournaments on Reunification Day in April and Labor Day in May, the commemorating ceremony on Vietnam Independence Day in September, and, Mid- Autumn Festival for the children of the employees, also annual company trips.
- We continuously develop the workforce with the recruitment and training programs.
- The health care system, security system, and work safety in our Company are well improved with embedded transparency and fairness; all employees can feel assured to make long-term commitment to their work.
