[Company news] Vinh Hoan recognized by VASEP for its achievements in training and development of human resources

On July 5th 2017, Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP) held a ceremony to honor “Top 35 typical seafood enterprises in the training and development of human resources in the period 2011-2016”. These are the enterprises with the highest number of staffs participating in training programs held by VASEP.
The ceremony aims to recognize and honor members of VASEP who exerted efforts in training and developing human resources of their company. The honored companies are those with large exporting scale, high quality products and various importing markets.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Minh – Former Deputy Minister of Fisheries, Honorary Chairman of VASEP – on behalf of VASEP awarded medals for enterprises at the ceremony.
Ms. Le Thi Dieu Thi – Vinh Hoan’s Quality Control Manager – gave speech at the ceremony

Vinh Hoan often sends its staffs to trainings held by VASEP and other professional bodies to improve their vocational and interpersonal skills on a monthly basis. In-house and on-site education also plays an important part in workforce’s performance improvement.
Of the 35 honored companies, Vinh Hoan accounts for most joining turns in VASEP’s training courses.
