Ms. Nguyen Ngo Vi Tam, Sales and Marketing Director of Vinh Hoan Corp named in Top 40 under 40 by Intrafish

After receiving her MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, Ms Tam dived straight into the seafood industry, working her way up the chain in Vietnam’s second largest pangasius producer Vinh Hoan.
As chief sales officer and a member of the board, she has been at the helm of Vinh Hoan’s increasing efforts towards sustainability and value addition, and is known for her respect towards colleagues and customers, and her desire to change the industry for the good of everyone who works in it.
