On September 28, 2016, Mr. Jean Eric Jacquemin has recently sent his resignation letter from Vinh Hoan (VHC)’s Board of Directors. Mr. Jacquemin, the representative for Red River Holding (RRH) – the largest foreign shareholder at Vinh Hoan as of September 28, has served on the Board since April 25, 2011. We wish him success in his future endeavors.
