Resolution of AGM 2016: New CEO appointed – Ms Nguyen Ngo Vi Tam

At VHC’s AGM 2016, Mrs Truong Thi Le Khanh – Chairwoman cum CEO of Vinh Hoan Corporation has announced to all shareholders about new CEO. According to this announcement, Ms Nguyen Ngo Vi Tam – Member of BoD cum Sales & Marketing Director has been appointed to be the new CEO of Vinh Hoan Coroporation since 23May, 2016.
