Vinh Hoan Corp’s CEO received top 50 leaders award by The Business Review

[January 12, 2016] The Business Review held its annual “Mark of Respect 2015” event to celebrate top 50 excellent leaders across Vietnam. Vinh Hoan Corp’s CEO- Mdm.Truong Thi Le Khanh, has honorably received the Award for Excellent Leaders.
To qualify for this award, eligible candidates had to undergo a rigorous judging process carried out by the Review Board on 3 core abilities:
– Business Performance: the business results of 2 most recent years (must exceed VND 200 bln).
– Human Resource Development (67-sentence questionnaire developed by PwC): management policies and personnel development.
– Creativity and Innovation (23-sentence questionnaire developed by PACE Institute of Management): innovative ideas, methods, and application of creative ideas into business reality.
Each criterion contributes 40%, 30%, 30% respectively to the ultimate scoring.
This year, among 387 applicants, only 193 were eligible, and 50 ultimate candidates were shorlisted for their demonstration of outstanding leadership.
Vinh Hoan Corp’s CEO, with her ongoing dedication and excellence in management, has received the award 2nd time, 1st time in 2014.
