- Since 2017, in order to improve education, train human resources and foster talents, we have collaborated with the Dong Thap Study Encouragement Association and other districts as well as cities to provide scholarships for students and teachers. Vinh Hoan also sponsored scholarships for the children of employees with difficult circumstances and rewarded those with good academic achievements.
