Basa fish 70%, flour 30% (wheat flour, modified starch, sugar, soybean oil, white pepper, food coloring (paprika color), black pepper, chili powder, shortening, soy sauce powder, ginger powder, flour garlic, baking powder, thickener (INS 415), emulsifier.
Storage instructions: -18oC for cold storage (freezer compartment)
Cooking instructions: Fry for 2-3 minutes in hot oil at 175oC. Enjoy with chili sauce or ketchup.
