Treated – Pangasius 70-75% . Coating 25-30%: Wheat flour, Water, Soya Oil, Food Starch, Vegetable oil, Salt, Yeast, Bread improver, Food color.
Storage instructions: -18oC for cold storage (freezer compartment)
Cooking instructions: No need to defrost; simply deep-fry in oil at 175oC for approximately 2.5-3 minutes.
Expiry date: 24 months
